Delivery
We offer free tracked delivery on all UK orders. We process orders within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5pm London time are processed the next business day. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days — typically 8–13 business days in total from the day you order. Carriers include DHL, UPS and FedEx, and you will receive a tracking number by email.

The price you pay at checkout is the final price. It includes delivery and UK import charges — you should not be asked to pay extra fees when your parcel arrives. If that ever happens, contact us and we will reimburse you in full.

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email support@seloirelondon.com with your order number before sending anything back — we cannot accept items returned without approval.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all tags and liners attached. Return shipping to our warehouse is paid by the customer, and a 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns. The restocking fee may be waived if your item arrives damaged or defective.
